у зв’язку з технічною помилкою при публікації оголошення про закупівлю через електронний каталог шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників, (ідентифікатор закупівлі: UA-2024-03-28-004668-a за предметом: ДК 021:2015: 33190000-8 Медичне обладнання та вироби медичного призначення різні (Вакуумна пробірка «CDRICH» 5 мл Гель+Активатор згортання 13х100; Мікро пробірка з капіляром, 0,2 мл, ЕДТА 2 Лавандова, 8x45 мм ПП (Chengdu Rich Science Industry Co., Ltd) C.D.RICH), а саме: невідповідність оголошеного до закупівлі виду товару, запланованому згідно з даними оприлюдненого річного плану та їх очікуваної вартості, беручи до уваги відсутність іншої законодавчо визначеної та технічної можливості на усунення допущених порушень, зокрема, як такої, - що виникла через виявлені порушення законодавства в сфері публічних закупівель, по причині допущеної технічної помилки при публікації оголошення про закупівлю, встановивши, що наслідком такої помилки стане - неможливість укладення договору та досягнення очікуваних позитивних наслідків оголошеної закупівлі (неможливості придбання товару), а також з метою недопущення порушень прав ймовірних постачальників за оголошеною закупівлею, відмінити закупівлю через електронний каталог шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників, з підстави, що передбачена 65 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822, а саме: у зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби.
