1. Разом з договором учасник надає на запропоновані товари копію документу про державну реєстрацію товару (копія реєстраційного посвідчення або копія свідоцтва про державну реєстрацію). У разі, якщо до закінчення строку дії документа про державну … реєстрацію залишається менше 90 днів, учасник повинен надати лист (оригінал або завірену учасником копію) відповідного державного органу, який здійснює державну реєстрацію такого товару, про подання документів для перереєстрації товару. 2. Поставка здійснюється транспортом Постачальника, який спеціально облаштований для перевезення даного товару і за його рахунок. 3. Строк (термін) поставки Товару не пізніше 3 календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. 4. Залишковий строк придатності товару на момент поставки має становити не менш ніж 75% від загального строку придатності. 5. Штуки – упаковки.
