Умови оплати: розрахунки за отриманий товар проводяться Замовником у безготівковому порядку протягом 30 календарних днів після поставки, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на підставі видаткових накладних, … підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін. У разі затримання бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки здійснюються протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Строк поставки: з дати підписання договору до 31.12.2024. Поставка Товару здійснюється згідно наданої Замовником заявки (телефоном, факсом, листом, або в інший спосіб), один раз на тиждень. Поставка проводиться за умови попереднього узгодження дати та часу поставки. Моментом постачання вважається дата прибуття Товару на місце постачання. За погодженням Сторін термін постачання може бути змінено за згодою Сторін. Місце поставки товару: 44700 Волинська область, м. Володимир, вул Луцька 146 Г
