ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (дизельне паливо (талони))

Згідно абз. 2 пункту 12 Особливостей «У запиті пропозицій постачальників щодо предмета закупівлі товару, вартість якого є меншою ніж 500 тис. гривень, замовник може визначити інформацію про характеристики товару та їх допустимі значення в межах … специфікації товару, визначеної адміністратором електронного каталогу». Мета використання дизельного палива – забезпечення безперебійної та ефективної роботи генераторів Замовника. Строк поставки товарів: до 08 квітня 2024 року. Постачальник за власний рахунок повинен здійснювати поставку талонів Покупцю, за його адресою: 61096, м. Харків, проспект Героїв Сталінграда, 160. Відпуск дизельного палива здійснюється за талонами Постачальника по літражу, за потребою Покупця. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10-20 літрів, та діяти на всіх АЗС Постачальника. Термін дії талонів повинен становити не меньше 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання. Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі протягом 20 (двадцять) банківських днів з моменту фактичного отримання партії Товару за видатковю накладною.
