код ДК 021:2015-15220000-6 Риба, рибне філе та інше м’ясо риби морожені, (Хек с/м, тушка без голови, 100-200г, ДСТУ 4378, 1 кг (код ДК 021:2015 – 15221000-3 - Морожена риба))

Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Замовнику першої партії товару у кількості 250 кг – з дати укладення договору до 04 квітня 2024 року включно. Наступні поставки Товару здійснюються Постачальником поетапно, дрібними партіями, щотижнево, а саме один раз … на тиждень у кількості не менше ніж 200 кг – 250 кг, відповідно до потреб Замовника, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару, в обсягах та у строк визначений замовленням (заявкою) Замовника, протягом 3 (трьох) календарних днів з моменту отримання замовлення (заявки). Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару здійснюється Замовником за телефоном та додатково може дублюватися на електронну адресу Постачальника, які зазначені у розділі 14 цього договору. Всього має бути поставлено за Договором - 6000 кг. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) всього обсягу товару – з дати укладення договору до 31 грудня 2024 року включно. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися Постачальником у робочі дні (з 08-00 до 12-00 год.). Допускається відхилення ваги товару на кратність кг у одиниці пакування. Сторони можуть погодити інший Графік поставки товару за взаємною згодою Сторін. Місце поставки товару: вул. Ігоря Муратова, 7, м. Харків, Харківська область, Україна, 61177. Постачальник повинен передати (поставити) Замовнику товар, передбачений цим Договором, якість якого повинна відповідати характеристикам, які встановлені на відповідний Товар, та вимогам чинного законодавства України, вимогам які поширюються на Товар, вимогам ДСТУ 4378:2005 Риба океанічного промислу заморожена. Технічні умови, та підтверджуватися документами, що посвідчують походження та якість товару, із зазначенням дати виготовлення Товару, терміну/строку зберігання Товару, кінцевого терміну/строку реалізації/споживання Товару.
