1.Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар (на умовах зазначених у Специфікації Договору) шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у Договорі, протягом 30 робочих (банківських) … днів, після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату (інвойсу) або видаткової накладної. 2. Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 3 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії Товару. 3. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою: Київська обл. Бучанський р-н., м. Буча, вул. Яблунська 1-Л.
