Місце поставки товарів: м. Львів, вул. Клепарівська 35. Постачальник зобов'язується передати у встановлений строк у власність Замовника Товар в асортименті та кількості, відповідно до Специфікації до Договору, на підставі заявки уповноваженого … представника від Замовника, протягом 48 годин після поданої заявки від Замовника. Постачання товару має відбуватися партіями один раз на місяць протягом 2024 року (згідно із заявками замовника протягом 48 годин після поданої заявки) спецтранспортом постачальника та за його рахунок на адресу замовника. Фасування - 0.1-0.2 кг. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом: оплати Замовником після пред'явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату товару (далі - рахунок) та накладної, яка виписується на підставі довіреності наданої Постачальнику. Замовник оплачує вартість кожної партії поставленого товару за умови наявності відповідного бюджетного фінансування протягом 30 днів після отримання товару згідно накладних та рахунків.
