Постачальник здійснює передачу Товару у власність Замовника на підставі талонів (скретч карт), на його отримання в мережі автозаправних станцій Постачальника ( надалі -АЗС) або його партнерів, на якій Покупець має право отримати Товар, на території … України і обов’язково в м. Чернівці. Термін дії талонів (скретч карт) є необмежений та не залежить від терміну дії договору. У разі зміни зовнішньої форми талонів(скретч карт), Замовник (уповноважена особа Замовника) здійснює обмін талонів (скретч карт) безпосередньо під час їх пред’явлення за місцем використання на таку саму кількість, того ж номіналу та такого ж асортименту без додаткової оплати Замовником на інші (нової форми) талони (скретч карт) Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 10 календарних днів. Підставою для проведення розрахунків є оформлений Акт на прийом матеріальних цінностей, видаткова накладна на отримання Товару.
