Постачання товару здійснюється окремими партіями, виходячи з поточної потреби Покупця, яку замовник визначає самостійно. Товар повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7687:2015, ДСТУ 7688:2015. Термін дії довірчого документу (талону, скретч-карта) на Товар, має … бути не меншим за 12 (дванадцять) місяців з дати видачі довірчого документу Кількість автозаправних станцій власних та/або орендованих та/або партнерських, що здійснюють відпуск Товару за довірчими документами (талонами) – не менше 1(однієї), відстань від яких до Місцезнаходження Покупця не перевищує 5 км дорогами загального користування з урахуванням дорожньої розмітки та правил дорожнього руху. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару згідно видаткової накладної при наявності фінансування. Всі вимоги до товару та Постачальника зазначені в проєкті договору
