ТЕХНІЧНЕ ЗАВДАННЯ 1. Предмет закупівлі: ДК 021-2015: 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон), (Придбання матеріалів для господарської діяльності) 2. Кількість Товару – 6 000 літрів (Талони по 10 та 20 літрів.). 3. Строк поставки … Товару: до 1 травня 2024. 4. Місце отримання товару (талонів): майдан Свободи, 4, Харківська область, місто Харків, Шевченківський район, 61022. 5. Вимоги покупця щодо якості, технічних, кількісних та інших характеристик щодо предмета закупівлі : - Постачальник повинен надати ПОКУПЦЮ Товар, якість якого відповідає умовам:- для палива дизельного ДП-Л-Євро-5-В0 – відповідно ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови»; - Якість палива повинна відповідати вимогам Технічного регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженого постановою КМ України від 01.08.2013 р. № 927; - Якість Товару підтверджується документами про якість (паспортами якості) палива та декларацією (сертифікатом) про відповідність; - Найближча АЗС повинна знаходитися на відстані, що не перевищує 4 км від автотранспортного підрозділу Покупця, що знаходиться за адресою: 61022 Харківська область, місто Харків, Шевченківський район вулиця Трінклера, 8/5; - Автомобільні заправні станції Постачальника (на яких діють талони постачальника) повинні розміщуватись в Харківській області, місті Харкові (не менш 4 АЗС) та по напрямкам: Харків – Київ ( не менш 5); - Талони на пальне повинні бути з терміном дії не менше 12 місяців. Переможець (Постачальник) повинен в строк, що не перевищує три робочі дні з дати оприлюднення повідомлення про намір укласти договір, надати в паперовому вигляді підписаний Договір для подальшого його укладання за адресою, вказаною в оголошенні.

08.04.2024 року мною було отримано службову записку від начальника автотранспортного підрозділу університету Клименка В.А. (ініціатора закупівлі) з проханням відмінити закупівлю товару за кодом ДК 021-2015: 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон) к зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби у закупівлі.
