1. Строк поставки Товару: до 30.04.2024 р. За погодженням Сторін, Продавець має право на дострокову передачу Товару. 2. Місце поставки товару: товар доставляється однією поставкою в повному обсязі, любим перевізником, за адресою замовника: - Чернігівська … обл., Ніжинський район, с.Кобижча, Бобровицької ТГ - 6000 кг; - Чернігівська обл., Ніжинський район, с. Озеряни, Бобровицької ТГ - 2000 кг; - Чернігівська обл., Ніжинський район, с. Горбачі, Бобровицької ТГ - 2000 кг. 3. Транспортування, страхування, доставка товару, завантажувальні та розвантажувальні роботи тощо здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Упаковка предмету закупівлі повинна забезпечувати його захист від зовнішнього впливу та збереженість при транспортуванні. 4. Покупець проводить оплату вартості Товару, поставленого на підставі видаткових накладних і рахунків Постачальника, в строк протягом 7 робочих днів з моменту поставки Товару Покупцю. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Покупця не застосовуються. Обов'язковою умовою є наявність необхідних сертифікатів якості предмета закупівлі.
