(Сир м'який "Сулугуні" - 380 кг; сир м'який "Адегейський" - 280 кг; сир м'який "Бринза" - 430 кг). Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником відповідно до заявки, один раз на тиждень (понеділок/середа) з 08:00 до 15:00 години. Місце поставки товарів: … до 6 закладів загальної середньої освіти м. Бориспіль. Кожна транспортна партія товару повинна супроводжуватись товарно-транспортною накладною, посвідченням про якість/декларація виробника, в якому зазначається: №; дата видачі; найменування потужності виробника та його № експлуатаційного дозволу чи № реєстрації; найменування постачальника; його адреса та № експлуатаційного дозволу чи № реєстрації; найменування продукту; одиниці виміру; кількість; дата виробництва; дата випуску; умови зберігання; термін зберігання; згідно якого нормативного документа продукт виготовлений (ДСТУ, ТУ та ін.); ґатунок, категорія. Термін придатності товару на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 80% загального строку придатності.
