Ліцензії на право використання комп’ютерної програми інформаційно-правової системи

Ліцензіар передає Ліцензіату невиключні ліцензії на використання Комп’ютерних програм, що активуються за допомогою засобів авторизації – логіна і пароля (Онлайн-ресурс) впродовж 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Договору, але не … пізніше 30.11.2024 за кінцевим місцем призначення м. Київ. Про фактичну дату та час передачі ліцензій Ліцензіар має повідомити Ліцензіата за електронною адресою e-mail _________________ або офіційним листом. Оплата Ліцензіатом вартості ліцензій здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів в національній валюті України на банківський рахунок Ліцензіара. Оплата вартості ліцензій має здійснюватися Ліцензіатом шляхом одноразового платежу всієї суми, зазначеної в цьому Договорі, протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дня підписання акту прийому-передачі ліцензій.
