ДК 021:2015 33600000-6 «Фармацевтична продукція» (Ondansetron, Tranexamic acid)

Поставка лікарських засобів здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника згідно заявки Замовника. Постачальник повинен засвідчити якість Товару, що постачається, належним чином оформленими документами, які надаються разом із Товаром. Кожна партія товару, під час … поставки, супроводжується документами, що підтверджують їх якість (сертифікат відповідності, якості тощо) із зазначенням даних, що вимагаються чинним законодавством України. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Термін придатності лікарських засобів на момент поставки повинен складати не менше 75% від загального терміну придатності, зазначеного на упаковці. Розрахунки за Договором проводяться після отримання товару, на підставі видаткових накладних шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок постачальника. Розрахунки проводяться протягом 7 банківських днів з моменту отримання товару. Місце поставки товару: Україна, 67600, Одеська область, м.Біляївка, вул.Харківська, буд. 30-Б Строк поставки Товару: до 31.12.2024 року.
