Товар повинен бути новим та не бути таким, що вживався, експлуатувався, ремонтувався чи відновлювався. Товар повинен бути 2023 або 2024 року виготовлення. Гарантійний термін служби товару становить 3 роки з дати виготовлення за умови дотримання правил … транспортування, зберігання та експлуатації. Поставка товару здійснюється партіями згідно з письмовими замовленнями покупця протягом 5 календарних днів від дати замовлення, але не пізніше 30 квітня 2024 року. Поставка товару, навантаження та розвантаження здійснюється за рахунок продавця.Оплата за отриманий товар здійснюється на підставі рахунка та накладної протягом 10 робочих днів з дати підписання обома сторонами накладної згідно з вимогами чинного законодавства України.
