Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на страхування, транспортування, завантажування, розвантажування та інших витрат, визначених законодавством. 2. Залишковий термін придатності Товару на момент постачання: згідно з технічними даними виробника, але не менше, ніж 80% загального терміну його зберігання від визначеного виробником для даної продукції (надати гарантійний лист від учасника) та підтвердити у тендерній пропозиції копіями документів, що засвідчують якість та безпеку запропонованої продукції, наявність яких передбачена чинним законодавством. 3. Товар повинен передаватись у заклад в неушкодженій упаковці, має забезпечуватись цілісність товару та збереженню його якості під час транспортування. 4. Доставка товарів транспортом постачальника, завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи за рахунок постачальника.
