Покупець здійснює оплату кожної чергової партії Товару за фактом поставки Товару шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника на підставі видаткової накладної та виставленого рахунку-фактури на умовах … відстрочки платежу до 90 (дев’яносто) календарних днів з дня отримання даної чергової партії Товару Покупцем. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Покупця, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного фінансування на закупівлю Товару та/або можливості здійснити платежі. Поставка Товару проводиться партіями (до 10000 л) протягом строку дії Договору тільки на підставі наданої від Покупця письмової заявки на поставку чергової партії Товару, яка вважається дозволом на поставку та є підтвердженням готовності Покупця до приймання даної партії Товару. Наступна заявка може бути подана незалежно від факту оплати чи неоплати Покупцем попередньої партії Товару. Строк поставки Товару – протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту надання письмової заявки Покупцем.
