згідно ДК 021:2015 15830000-5 Цукор і супутня продукція (Цукор буряковий, кристалічний, категорія 2, ДСТУ 4623, 1 кг (15831000-2 Цукор)). Вимоги щодо постачання та якості товару. Товар повинен відповідати ДСТУ 4623:2006, категорія – не нижче … другої. Товар повинен бути виготовлений з сировини цукрового буряку. Колір білий (очищений). Форма випуску - цукровий пісок фасований, кристалічний. Розчинність повна, розчин прозорий. Цукор повинен бути не вогким, не липким, сухим на дотик, солодкого смаку, без сторонніх домішок, присмаків і запахів. Фасування - пакети або мішки від 1 кг до 50 кг на розсуд постачальника. Пакувальні матеріали повинні забезпечувати зберігання продукту під час його транспортування та бути міцними. На кожній одиниці товару повинно бути маркування з зазначенням: назви товару, його склад, виробник (країна виробника), дату виробництва, умови зберігання та кінцевий термін споживання. Загальна вага всього пакування цукру бурякового, що постачається, повинна становити не менше 500 кг. Термін споживання при постачанні партії товару повинен становити – не менше 80 % від його загального терміну споживання. Постачання здійснюється на адресу Замовника: м. Харків, вул. Танкопія, 43, 61099, партіями згідно заявок замовника за рахунок Постачальника у термін до 25 грудня 2024 року. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється Замовником шляхом оплати за фактично поставлені товари на підставі належним чином оформлених накладних та рахунків наданих Постачальником не пізніше 10-ти днів після отримання товару.
