ДК 021:2015 - 09310000-5 Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, з розподілом)

Умови оплати: Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за цінами, що визначаються відповідно до механізму визначення ціни електричної енергії, згідно з обраною Споживачем комерційною пропозицією, яка є додатком 2 до цього Договору за … результатами проведеної процедури закупівлі, передбаченої Законом. Оплата вартості електричної енергії за цим Договором здійснюється Споживачем виключно шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника у національній валюті України. Оплата має бути здійснена Споживачем шляхом оплати вартості фактично спожитої електричної енергії протягом 7-ми робочих днів з дати отримання Споживачем рахунку на оплату товару та акту приймання - передавання товарної продукції за звітний період.
