ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 - Газове паливо (природний газ)

Ціна Газу складається з таких складових частин: Ц=(Цс/в + Т+ Цпост )*1.2 де Ц – ціни за одиницю Товару (за 1 тис. куб. м), грн. без ПДВ, ціна Газу відповідно до пропозиції Постачальника; Цс/в — середньозважена ціна місячного ресурсу природного газу … електронних біржових торгів на Українській енергетичній біржі (післяплата) за повний календарний місяць, що передує місяцю на момент кінцевого терміну подання пропозиції, грн за 1 тис. куб.м, без ПДВ; Т – тариф на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішньої точки виходу з газотранспортної системи (вартість замовлення (бронювання) потужності) (без ПДВ), що встановлюється відповідною Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання в сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (далі – НКРЕКП) . Цпост — вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника; 1.2 - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ-20 %) (у разі, якщо Постачальник не є платником ПДВ, у формулі замість 1,2 зазначається 1); Ціна на природний газ розраховується за формульним розрахунком, що є невідємною частиною проєкта Договора.
