ДК 021:2015 Єдиний закупівельний словник: 15510000-6 Молоко та вершки (Молоко коров'яче, пастеризоване, 2,5%, 1кг)

УМОВИ ПОСТАВКИ: Строк поставки товару: З МОМЕНТУ УКЛАДЕННЯ ДОГОВОРУ ДО 31 ГРУДНЯ 2024 РОКУ. Місце поставки товару: 61058, Україна, Харківська область, Харків, ПРОСПЕКТ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ, будинок 13. Термін придатності повинен складати на момент поставки … товару не менше ніж 80% до визначеного виробником даного товару. Замовник отримує товар згідно своїх Заявок. ОРІЄНТОВНИЙ ГРАФІК ПОСТАВКИ - ДВА-ТРИ РАЗИ НА ТИЖДЕНЬ. Поставка товарів здійснюється дрібними партіями, відповідно до потреб Замовника, в обсягах та у строк визначений замовленням (заявкою) Замовника, протягом 3 (трьох) днів з моменту отримання замовлення (заявки). Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару надсилається Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника або за допомогою телефонного зв’язку. Заявка вважається отриманою Постачальником через дві години з моменту відправки Замовником електронного повідомлення. Постачальник зобов'язаний передавати товар Замовнику з 6-00 до 8-00 ранку, або в термін, вказаний в заявці Замовника. В момент поставки товару Замовнику, останній проводить прийомку по супроводжуючим документам. Постачальник за свій рахунок проводить доставку товару до місць використання транспортом, що забезпечує зберігання і якість товару, який обладнаний у відповідності з вимогами щодо транспортування харчових продуктів. Товар повинен бути переданий у тарі та (або) упакований звичайним для нього способом в упаковку, що забезпечує збереження товару цього роду за звичайних умов зберігання і транспортування та відповідає встановленим вимогам, встановленим актами цивільного законодавства, стандартам. Маркування згідно діючих ТУ і ГОСТів. Тара та упаковка товару повинні бути чистими, сухими, без стороннього запаху й порушення цілісності. УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунки за наданий товар здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 14 банківських днів з дня поставки товару. У разі затримки грошових коштів з джерела фінансування закупівлі, розрахунок за надані товари здійснюється протягом 14 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником таких коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Оплата за товар здійснюється Замовником в залежності від реального фінансування видатків. ІНШІ УМОВИ ВИКЛАДЕНО В ПРОЄКТІ ДОГОВОРУ.
