Постачальник повинен передати Покупцю товар, який відповідає найвищому рівню технологій і стандартів, існуючих в країні виробника на аналогічні товари, нормам і стандартам, законодавчо встановленим на території України, а також вимогам документації … конкурсних торгів. Товар, що постачається, повинен бути належним чином зареєстрований в Україні. При поставці кожної партії товару Постачальник повинен надати Покупцю засвідчені копії документів щодо реєстрації цих товарів у відповідності до вимог чинного законодавства України та сертифікатів чи інших документів щодо його якості, інструкції українською чи російською мовами. Термін придатності товару повинен бути не менше ніж 80% від строку виготовлення для кожного окремого товару на період завезення їх на склад Покупця.
