1. Олія соняшникова рафінована, ДСТУ4492. 2. Фасування - пластикові пляшки об’ємом 5 літрів (маса нетто 4600 г.). 3. Кількість олії соняшникової рафінованої - 207 кілограм (45 пляшок). 4. Товар поставляється окремими партіями один раз у квартал (у … березні, у червні, у вересні та грудні 2024 року), протягом загального строку дії договору (до 31.12.2024 року) у робочі дні тижня, за домовленістю Сторін. 5. Оплата здійснюється за фактично поставлений Товар на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 30 робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару. 6. Всі інші умови та порядок внесення змін до договору містяться в проекті Договору.
