Товар, що поставляється, по своїй якості має відповідати відповідним національним стандартам для брикетів торфових - ДСТУ 2042-92 «Брикети торфові для комунально-побутових потреб. Технічні умови»: зольність – до 23%; вологість – до 20%; механічна міцність … - не менше 94%. Навантаження товару на автотранспорт та його зважування, на власній або орендованій вазі здійснюється Постачальником за власний рахунок та за бажанням Замовника – в присутності його представника. Постачальник за власний рахунок здійснює підвіз товару, безпосередньо до місця поставки відповідно до заявки Замовника. Поставки повинні здійснюватись по заявкам замовника, протягом 5 днів з дати її отримання, в робочі дні та години Замовника (Пн-Пт з 09.00 год. до 16.00 год.) транспортом Постачальника власним або орендованим. Постачальник під час укладення договору про закупівлю повинен надати Замовнику відповідну інформацію про право підписання договору про закупівлю.
