• Умови поставки: Строк поставки: з дати укладення Договору протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання Постачальником заявки від Покупця, але не пізніше 20 грудня 2024 року. Поставка Талонів на Товар від Постачальника Покупцю здійснюється партіями … або одноразово на весь обсяг даної закупівлі за письмовими заявками Покупця. Товар (партія Товару) має бути поставлена у відповідності із вимогами Покупця щодо кількості та асортименту, вказаним у заявці на поставку, не пізніше 5 робочих днів з дати отримання такої заявки Постачальником. Письмова заявка подається Покупцем Постачальнику у довільній формі в електронному або паперовому вигляді. Передача Товару та Талонів здійснюється після підписання видаткових документів (видаткових накладних, актів приймання-передачі, інше). Місце поставки Талонів: м.Рівне вул.Кавказьська, 9а кабінет №208 – особисто або м.Рівне відділення Нової Пошти № 11. Поставка здійснюється за рахунок постачальника. Талони повинні мати термін дії не менше ніж 12 місяців з дня їх видачі Покупцю з можливістю, за погодженням Сторін, подовження дії Талонів на термін не менш ніж один місяць. Кінцевий термін обігу Талонів вказаний у видатковій накладній та/або акті приймання-передачі товару. Після закінчення терміну обігу Талонів Постачальник за замовленням Покупця зобов’язаний подовжити термін дії Талонів на термін не менш ніж один місяць або повернути кошти Покупцю протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів. Постачальник зобов’язаний мати розгалужену систему АЗС (власних, орендованих, партнерських) по Україні, на яких можна цілодобово здійснити заправлення автотранспорту Покупця за виданими Талонами. • Умови оплати: Покупець здійснює оплату за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) у національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після отримання Товару (партії Товару) на підставі підписаної обома Сторонами видаткової накладної протягом 10 робочих днів з дня підписання видаткової накладної.
