СТОРОНИ домовились, що якщо термін поставки визначається "включно до 26 березня … 2024 року", то останнім днем для здійснення поставки буде 26 березня 2024 року. Місце поставки Товару: 08343, Київська обл., Бориспільський р-н., с. Мартусівка, вул. Бориспільська, 1– склад Покупця. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються в безготівковому порядку, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після отримання Товару на підставі видаткових накладних протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів. Підстави та порядок змін умов Договору зазначені в проєкті Договору.
