Нафта і дистиляти за кодом ДК 021:2015 - 09130000-9, (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон, 1л)

1. Учасник повинен надати список діючих АЗС, одна з яких за віддаленістю від юридичної адреси замовника, а саме: Донецька область, м. Краматорськ, вул. Героїв України, буд. 20, не більше 30 кілометрів (по проїзній частині), на яких Замовник може отримати … паливо. 2. Відпуск палива має здійснюватися на запропонованих Учасником стаціонарних АЗС по талонам цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. 3. Строк дії талонів на видачу дизельного палива має становити не менше 12 місяців з дати їх отримання. У разі закінчення строку дії талонів на видачу дизельного палива, Учасник повинен мати можливість провести їх обмін на інші. 4. Покупець здійснює оплату за Товар шляхом перерахування коштів у розмірі 100% вартості Товару, поставленого за відповідною Заявкою, впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати поставки Товару, на підставі підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної та рахунку на оплату Товару, який Постачальник надає Покупцю одночасно з видатковою накладною. 5. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: 84333 Донецька область, м. Краматорськ, вул. Героїв України, буд. 20 6. Тип закупівлі: запит пропозицій постачальників.
