Якість товару при поставці повинна бути підтверджена якісними посвідченнями, які додаються до кожної видаткової накладної. Картопля має бути однорідна за формою і забарвленням, свіжа, без стороннього запаху і смаку, без пошкоджень та очищена від землі, … одного ботанічного сорту, столова, діаметр не менше 8 см (середня і більше). Бульби картоплі мають бути цілими, чистими, сухими, здоровими, не пророслими та не зів'ялими. Фасування в сітках по 25 кг. Постачання товару повинно здійснюватися партіями протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту подання замовником заявки на поставку товару. Товар повинен постачатися з дотриманням санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування. Водій та особи, які супроводжують продукти в дорозі і виконують навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи повинні мати медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов'язкових медичних оглядів. Замовник має право перевіряти наявність санітарного паспорту та санітарну книжку водія. В разі поставки товару неналежної якості (в тому числі невідповідності супровідної документації, недотримання умов зберігання, транспортування чи будь-чого іншого, що може вплинути на якість) термін заміни товару Учасником становить 1 день з моменту встановлення, що товар не відповідає встановленим якісним характеристикам. Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на страхування, транспортування, завантажування, розвантажування та інших витрат, визначених законодавством.
