Строк поставки товару: протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дня замовлення (у зв’язку з технічною реалізацією електронної системи закупівель відсутня можливість вказувати текстове значення щодо відомостей строку поставки товару, тому в електронних полях … запиту пропозицій постачальників вказаний строк «до 31 грудня 2024 року»; зазначений строк поставки є орієнтовним, визначеним розрахунковим методом та таким, що несе інформативний характер та не має жодних юридичних наслідків; дана дата не зазначається в проекті договору про закупівлю). Спосіб поставки товару: Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником самостійно (власним або іншим транспортом) в робочі дні (з понеділка по п’ятницю) з 8:00 до 16:00 партіями, обсяг яких визначається замовником. Замовник здійснює замовлення партії Товару в будь-який зручний спосіб для Сторін (електронний лист / письмова заявка / за допомогою месенджерів або телефонних дзвінків тощо). Умови оплати товару: Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання на умовах післяплати протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дня підписання Сторонами накладних та виставлення Постачальником рахунку-фактури. Здійснення попередньої оплати не передбачається. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовника як бюджетної установи Замовник має право оплатити товар Постачальника протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дати надходження коштів на поточний рахунок Замовника.
