Строк поставки Товару - упродовж трьох календарних днів з дати підписання договору у кількості вказаній у заявці. Товар, що постачається, повинен мати залишковий термін використання не менше 80% до кінцевої дати використання. Розрахунки за поставлений … Товар здійснюються в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 робочих днів з дати поставки Товару (дата поставки зазначена у видатковій накладній) Станом на момент підписання даного Договору Постачальник повинен надати Покупцеві підтверджуючі документи якості запропонованого товару, шляхом надання на товар сертифікату якості та декларації відповідності. Ненадання перелічених документів вважатиметься відмовою від підписання/укладення цього договору. Пропозиції виробів медичного призначення походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь відхиляються.
