Постачальник повинен мати мережу стаціонарних автозаправних станцій/автозаправних комплексів в Житомирській області, у тому числі в адміністративних межах м. Коростень, Житомирської області. Строк дії талонів (скретч-карток) на видачу палива повинен … становити не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з дати їх одержання від Постачальника та підписання видаткової накладної. Видача талонів (скретч-карток) здійснюється на всю кількість придбаного Замовником палива. З моменту видачі талонів (скретч-карток) Замовнику та до моменту фактичного отримання (відпуску) пального на АЗС/АЗК Постачальника, пальне перебуває на повному відповідальному безкоштовному зберіганні у Постачальника.
