Талони на пальне поставляються за адресою Замовника. Учасник зобов’язується зберігати Товар до дати поставки. АЗС, де Замовник має право отримати пальне, мають бути розташовані на відстані не більше 10 км від місцезнаходження Замовника. Строк поставки … талонів протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту підписання договору з Постачальником. Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Замовнику Товар, якість якого відповідає Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927 (далі – Технічний регламент) та вимогам НАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО СТАНДАРТУ УКРАЇНИ ДСТУ. Постачальник повинен дотримуватись норм чинного законодавства України, щодо підвищення якості й безпечності нафтопродуктів, які реалізуються через мережу автозаправних станцій
