(Запит пропозицій постачальників) Місце поставки : вул.Шевченка,14, м.Бровари, Київська обл.,харчоблок в (складське приміщення) КНП «БРОВАРСЬКА БАГАТОПРОФІЛЬНА КЛІНІЧНА ЛІКАРНЯ», Постачальник поставляє Замовнику Товар за Договором згідно зі Специфікацією … протягом 2-ох робочих днів з моменту надходження письмової або телефонної заявки, постачання Товару повинно здійснюватися у відповідності з чинним законодавством в сфері перевезення харчових продуктів такого типу. Послуги з транспортування, розвантаження, встановлення Товару у місцях, зазначених Замовником, окремо не сплачуються і включаються до загальної вартості Товару. Оплата здійснюється шляхом безготівкового переказу на поточний рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у реквізитах Постачальника в Договорі на підставі видаткових накладних протягом 30 (тридцяти) днів. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок здійснюється впродовж 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок.
