Строк поставки товару: з 01.04.2024 по 30.06.2024 включно. Місце поставки Товару: об’єкти Споживача, перелік яких наведено у Додатку №4 до Договору. Оплата вартості електричної енергії за цим Договором здійснюється на підставі Рахунку на оплату у … відповідності до підписаного Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі, на умовах відтермінування платежу 20 (двадцять) календарних днів від дати підписання Акту приймання-передачі, примірна форма якого визначена в Додатку 3 до цього Договору, за умови реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних складеної в порядку визначеному законодавством України (у випадку якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ та/або операція не є звільненою від оподаткування відповідно до чинного законодавства України).
