Продукція повинна відповідати терміну придатності. Постачання продукції проводиться по заявці Замовника за адресою Замовника: вулиця Річкова, 32, село Токарі, Миргородський район, Полтавська область, склад. На кожну партію поставленого товару надається … сертифікат якості, протокол досліджень на вміст нітратів та інших шкідливих речовин. Продукція, яка постачається до закладу, не повинна містити генетично модифікованих організмів та повинна бути безпечною для харчування підопічних, забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар. Упаковка та тара повинні забезпечувати якість товару при перевезенні та зберіганні. Замовник оплачує 100 % вартості фактично поставленого товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів згідно з рахунком-фактурою на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару та підписання представниками Сторін накладної та акту приймального контролю (якості) Товару, за умови наявності відповідного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, оплата здійснюється протягом 5 банківських днів з дати надходження грошових коштів на рахунок Замовника. Строк (термін) поставки товару: поставка товару здійснюється 1 раз на кожні 14 календарних днів протягом дії договору, відповідно до заявки сестри медичної з дієтичного харчування Замовника, до 20 грудня 2024 року. Розвантажувальні роботи згідно договору та за рахунок Постачальника. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та проставляння ними своїх печаток (у разі їх використання) і діє до 31.12.2024 року.
