На етапі укладення договору переможець закупівлі надає гарантійний лист виробника (ів) (представництва, філії виробника – якщо їх відповідні повноваження поширюються на територію України) яким підтверджується можливість поставки предмету закупівлі у кількості, відповідної якості. Гарантійний лист повинен включати: назву замовника та учасника, назву предмету закупівлі згідно оголошення, номер закупівлі у системі Prozorro.
