Постачання Товару здійснюється на підставі письмових або усних заявок Замовника по телефону протягом 3-ох діб з моменту отримання заявки. Товар постачається силами, … транспортом та за рахунок Постачальника. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 60-ти (шістдесяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. У разі затримки грошових коштів з джерела фінансування закупівлі розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання таких коштів на рахунок Замовника. Еноксапарин (Enoxaparin), (Фленокс 0,2 мл у шприці), розчин для ін‘єкцій 10000 анти ХА МО/мл по 20 мг/0,2 мл у шприці №1 у блістері №10 - кількість 200 пачок ( 2000 шприців); Окситоцин (Oxytocin) Окситоцин 5 МО/мл – 1 мл,Розчин для ін‘єкцій, 5 МО/мл по 1 мл в амп №10 в уп. кількість 400 пачок (4000 ампул)
