Товар який постачається, повинен бути новим, таким що не перебував в експлуатації, терміни та умови його зберігання не порушенні. Залишковий термін придатності на час поставки повинен складати не менше 80 % від загального терміну зберігання, визначеного … виробником даного товару.( Постачання з меншим терміном придатності здійснюється за погодженням сторін). Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника за адресою: Львівська обл., Львівський р-н., м. Кам’янка-Бузька, вул.Шевченка ,6. Замовник здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику по факту поставки товару протягом 10 календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару (100% післяоплата).
