Картопля столова пізня, клас екстра, ДСТУ 9221, 1 кг. Картопля повинна бути ціла, суха, не забруднена, не поросла. Чиста, без ґрунту, поверхня гладка, без ознак зелені або гнилі, не зів’яла. Не менше d=6 см. Залишки терміну зберігання отриманих продуктів … повинні бути не менше 80% до загального терміну зберігання. Замовник здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику на підставі виставлених видаткових накладних, за фактом отримання товару з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів за умови наявності (надходження) коштів на розрахунковий рахунок. Поставка товару здійснюється дрібними партіями з понеділка по п’ятницю з 9-00 до 14-00 у період дії договору згідно заявок Замовника. Строк виконання однієї заявки 1 календарний день. Заявки можуть надаватись щоденно. Поставка, що здійснюється після 14-00 – вважається недобросовісним виконанням заявок Замовника та Договору. Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Замовника: м. Київ, вул. Кирилівська, 103. Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника за власні кошти та власними силами.
