Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, на підставі видаткових накладних, протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками … Сторін видаткових накладних, за умови наявності бюджетних коштів на рахунку Замовника. Поставка талонів здійснюється протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів після підписання договору обома Сторонами. Право власності на товар переходить до Покупця в момент передачі талонів Постачальником.
