Відповідно до статті 4 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” планування закупівель здійснюється на підставі наявної потреби та включаються до річного плану закупівель. Кошторисом Управління освіти виконавчого комітету Ковельської міської ради на 2024 рік, передбачено видатки на закупівлю «Сир кисломолочний , сир твердий» (Класифікація за ДК 021-2015 (CPV) 15540000-5 - Сирні продукти), що є предметом цієї закупівлі за КЕКВ 2230. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі 3918743,31 грн. Джерело фінансування – місцевий бюджет. Обґрунтування характеристик предмета закупівлі: сир твердий з масовою часткою жиру 50%, без добавок в кількості 3686,40 кг та Сир кисломолочний з масовою часткою жиру 9%, без добавок в кількості 19004,00 кг. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі: - 3918743,31 грн. Розрахунок очікуваної вартості предмету закупівлі здійснювався замовником шляхом моніторингу середньоринкових цін на відповідні види сиру при плануванні відповідної закупівлі.
