Поставка (передача) товару здійснюється партіями, згідно заявки Замовника протягом 2024 року до 31 грудня 2024 р. Приймання-передача товару здійснюється Сторонами в порядку, що визначається чинним законодавством України. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: … передача талонів по 10л. здійснюється на АЗС Постачальника шляхом заправки автомобілів Замовника при пред’явленні довіреними особами Замовника талонів . Постачальник гарантує наявність в своїй мережі АЗС, щонайменше однієї АЗС, що розташована в рамках адміністративно - територіальних меж міста Вишгород, Київської обл. Постачальник повинен забезпечити на АЗС цілодобову заправку автомобілів Замовника. Право власності на товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника з дати поставки талонів по 10л. Замовнику, що є датою підписання обома сторонами видаткових накладних на товар. Термін дії талонів по 10л. - до їх повного використання Замовником, але не менше 6 місяців з моменту поставки. У разі закінчення терміну строку дії невикористаних Замовником талонів по 10л., Постачальник обмінює не використані на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати Замовником або продовжує термін використання наявних у Замовника талонів по 10л
