Постачання товарів, що є предметом закупівлі, здійснюється транспортом та за рахунок Постачальника за адресою Замовника протягом 5 робочих днів з дня отримання заявки. Постачання товару буде здійснено Учасником безпосередньо у приміщення, визначене … адміністрацією отримувача (Петриківський обласний геріатричний пансіонат). Строк поставки: партіями, з дня підписання договору до 31.12 2024 р. Залишковий термін придатності товарів на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 75% загального терміну їх зберігання, встановленого в інструкції із використання. Якщо товар виявиться неякісним або таким, що не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару належної якості (транспортні витрати, тощо) несе Постачальник.
