Термін дії талонів (карток) - не менше 1 рік У разі затримки (відсутності) бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Учасники закупівлі погоджуються з невідкладною передачою товару замовнику та умовами закупівлі
