000146-09130000-667116-40996564 Місце поставки Талонів: зазначається адреса Постачальника або Замовника на етапі укладення договору про закупівлю з Переможцем відбору запиту ціни пропозицій відповідно до пропозиції Переможця відбору за результатами … оцінки, яка здійснюється автоматично електронною системою закупівель. Строк поставки Талонів – 10 календарних днів з дати підписання Договору. Умови оплати: Оплата здійснюється відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Замовник, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів здійснює оплату за Товар в безготівковому порядку на поточний рахунок Продавця 100% ціни поставленого Товару після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та/або акту прийому-передачі на Товар. У разі, якщо поставка здійснена лише частково (видаткова накладна підписана лише на частину Товару, зазначеного у Специфікації (Додаток 1 до проєкту Договору), оплата здійснюється пропорційно за фактично поставлену кількість Товару. Передача (відпуск) Товару згідно з поставленими Талонами здійснюється на АЗС Постачальника в межах міста Києва. Строк дії Талонів на видачу Товару згідно – 12 місяців дня їх отримання Замовником від Постачальника за видатковою накладною та/або актом прийому-передачі Товару, з правом продовження їх Строку дії до 6 місяців.
