Медичне обладнання та вироби медичного призначення різні за ДК 021:2015 33190000-8 (Аплікатор "ВОЛЕС" на пластиковій паличці, пробірка, середовище Amies стерильний)

Постачальник гарантує, що якість товару, який поставляється в рамках цього Договору, відповідає вимогам чинного законодавства, технічних регламентів, інших документів, що встановлюють відповідні вимоги. При поставці товару надати документи, що … підтверджують якість товару та його відповідність технічному регламенту. Залишковий термін придатності Товару на момент поставки складає не менше 80% загального терміну його придатності, зазначеного на упаковці. Оплата товару здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Учасника за фактом постачання з відстрочкою платежу до 30 днів. Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Замовнику товар, номенклатура, асортимент, кількість і якість якої відповідає умовам Договору та вимогам чинного законодавства України. Місце поставки товарів: 03150, м. Київ, вул. Предславинська, 9. Поставка товару здійснюється партіями, силами і за рахунок Постачальника не пізніше ніж через 5 (п’ять) календарних дні з моменту подання заявки. У випадку нагальної потреби постачання Товару здійснюється протягом 3 календарних днів з моменту надходження заявки.
