ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ПОТРЕБИ ПРЕДМЕТА ЗАКУПІВЛІ- дизельного палива Євро-5 за ДК 021:2015: 09130000- 9 «Нафта і дистиляти» Індикатор плану закупівлі UA-P-2024-03-06-009226-a (відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 11.10.2016 року №710 «Про ефективне використання державних коштів» із змінами та доповненнями) Обґрунтування доцільності закупівлі. Згідно з рішенням Кременецької міської ради №440 від 24.06.2016 року Комунальне підприємство Кременецької міської ради «Кременецьблагоустрій», надалі – Замовник, визнано підприємством, за яким закріплюється на праві господарського відання майно комунальної власності територіальної громади м. Кременець, та покладено виконання таких функцій, зокрема: - виконання комплексу робіт з улаштування (відновлення) покриття доріг і тротуарів, обладнання пристроями для безпеки руху, озеленення, забезпечення зовнішнього освітлення, здійснення інших заходів, спрямованих на поліпшення інженерно-технічного і санітарного стану території, покращення її естетичного вигляду; - утримання в належному стані вулично-дорожньої мережі території громади Кременецької міської ради в належному стані. Для створення умов по підтриманню вулиць міста та територіальної громади в нормальному стані (вивезення твердих побутових відходів, грейдерування доріг по селах громади, тощо) за підприємством закріплена різна техніка та транспортні засоби, яким необхідні паливно-мастильні матеріали, зокрема, дизельне паливо Євро-5. Для безперебійної роботи наявної техніки виникла потреба в придбанні дизельного палива в кількості 3000 літрів. Hide
