Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної якості товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, протягом 15 робочих (банківських) днів з дати поставки партії товару належної якості на склад Покупця на … підставі видаткової накладної чи/або після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату. Покупець не здійснює оплату за поставлений товар, та така несплата не є порушенням строку оплати зі сторони Покупця у випадку ненадання Постачальником видаткової накладної чи/або рахунку на оплату, чи/або його неналежного оформлення, чи/або у разі поставки неякісного товару. Днем оплати поставленого Постачальником товару є дата списання коштів з відповідних рахунків Покупця. Платіжні документи за договором про закупівлю оформляються з дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України, що зазвичай ставляться до змісту і форми таких документів. Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов договору про закупівлю зобов’язується здійснити поставку товару протягом строку дії договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту отримання від Покупця офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії товару.
