Пунктом 65 підпунктом 1 Порядку № 822 встановлено, що Замовник може відмінити запит пропозицій постачальників до укладення договору про закупівлю у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі. Під час проведення запиту ціни пропозиції щодо Закупівлі за предметом: М'ясо тушковане з яловичини, згідно ДК 021:2015: 15130000-8 М’ясопродукти, код за ДК 021:2015 Єдиного закупівельного словника 15130000-8 М’ясопродукти (далі — Закупівля), за номером закупівлі № UA-2024-03-05-013868-a у Замовника виникла відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товару з даними характеристиками та обсягами. У зв’язку з чим потрібно прийняти рішення про відміну запиту ціни пропозиції щодо Закупівлі за предметом: М'ясо тушковане з яловичини, згідно ДК 021:2015: 15130000-8 М’ясопродукти, код за ДК 021:2015 Єдиного закупівельного словника 15130000-8 М’ясопродукти (далі — Закупівля), за номером закупівлі № UA-2024-03-05-013868-a та оголосити нову Закупівлю за нагальною потребою та актуальними характеристиками і обсягами.
