Учасник повинен мати можливість відпуску бензину по облікових картах (талонах ), запропонованих Учасником, через мережу автозаправних станцій власних та/або партнерів ( не менше 1) в межах міста Бершадь Вінницької області та в м. Вінниця. Строк дії … талонів, що підтверджують право на отримання на АЗС Товару, не може бути меншим ніж 12 місяців з дня підписання Акту приймання-передачі талонів, у разі невикористання талонів до кінця строку їх дії, Постачальник зобов’язаний на вимогу Замовника здійснити їх заміну на нові у тій же кількості та літражу до повного використання Замовником.
